It's natural for anyone to recoil at being the one in charge. The Bible is filled with stories of leaders who started off hesitantly, knowing the cost associated with being the point person. If you are called though, there is an unavoidable day when you need to stand up and willingly accept the role of leader and take control of the ship for the benefit of others and to insure the mission.Play Episode
